Carl Oeschger is Empire’s 2019 “Educator of the Year.” Carl holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Diploma in Information Technology, and his diverse background enables him to teach in a wide range of disciplines. Empire students may know Carl from their human relations and accounting classes, or from their courses in mathematics and career transitions.
