If you want to study law in California, Empire College offers two law programs that might interest you. Our California law school is an accredited institution dedicated to providing high-quality, intensive Juris Doctor and Master of Legal Studies programs for students pursuing a law degree.
This 4 year program covers a broad range of legal education, preparing students for the California Bar Examination and the practice of law. Students may take the Juris Doctor program concurrently with the Master of Legal Studies.
Designed to provide a foundational understanding of the legal system and law, the Master of Legal Studies program gives professionals the opportunity to gain a higher understanding of the law as it pertains to their career and apply it to their daily lives. Professional fields such as finance, insurance, human resources, and marketing deal with law on a daily basis.
The Juris Doctor and Master of Legal Studies Program can be taken concurrently.

Our graduates make up approximately 25 percent of the Sonoma County Bar and include judiciary members in Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, Lassen, Calaveras, and Merced Counties. These valuable networking opportunities give our students an advantage in passing the Bar examination and finding employment in the surrounding area’s legal community.
