Your medical career starts when you enroll in clinical medical assistant training in California! Objective: Empire College's medical assistant program in Santa Rosa, California, makes it easy to live and learn. Our clinical medical assisting career training includes extensive classroom and clinical instruction in medical terminology, medical office procedures, medical insurance billing and basic healthcare math. Students also take classes in basic anatomy, physiology and pharmacology. In addition to clinical procedures, students participate in a 168-hour externship.
